Welcome to Aline Health's new blog

Updated: Sep 27, 2022

I was asked to give you a run down on some of the massage offerings that we provide here at Aline Health. Some of those include Custom Massage (including Swedish and Deep Tissue), Lymphatic Massage, Reflexology, Reiki (Energy Healing), Chromatherapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Injury and Trigger Point.

Massage Treatments

If you are going through active cancer treatments then Aline Health can help you through the fatigue, stress, anxiety, pain and more with an Oncology massage to help reduce the side effects that you may experience from those cancer treatments. We will customize your sessions and make special adjustments to accommodate ports, drains, and any surgical incisions that are healing.

Someone may prefer a less invasive approach with Reiki or Cranial Sacral therapy to help reduce anxiety or stress if massage is not able to be done right away. Aromatherapy can also provide some needed relief during your session by allowing the muscles to relax using specific oils that target the nervous system and helps to reduce the toxic load in our bodies. Reflexology can be done on the feet (or hands) if massage is not appropriate at some point during your cancer treatment. Lymphatic massage can be done for those experiencing Lymphedema as it relates to surgery and/or cancer treatments. Lymphatic massage is a light touch that targets the movement of lymph from one side of the body to another to facilitate removal through your natural waste elimination of urine.

Come let Aline Health become your next stop to help you become a new and healthier you. We are going to have Tuesday Tours soon where you can come and ask questions about anything regarding massage. So we invite you to take a few minutes out of your busy day to join us and get to know us. We would love the opportunity to tell you who we are and show you all that we can offer you so you can be the best healthier you that you can be.
