HEALING STRONG SIGN-UP (Free Workshops)
HealingStrong is a natural healing support group to help connect and educate individuals facing cancer or other diseases through strategies that help rebuild the body, restore the soul, and renew the spirit. Are you or someone you love facing a health challenge and need hope and encouragement?
Please join us at Aline Health every first and third Monday of each month at 10am as we cover 12 lessons of learning how to attack and prevent disease with holistic, evidence based, non-toxic therapies through a community support group in Fountain Hills. We are excited to share knowledge, speakers, and demonstrations for fun, informative meetings. Depending on the topic, our meetings will range between 60 and 90 minutes.
The lessons include how to take charge of your health, what to eat and what NOT to eat during healing of disease, healing protocols and adjunct therapies, basics on toxins and strategies to detox, emotional healing, exercise, dental health, sleep, meditation and breathing.
